New Orleans Saints second-year wide receiver Chris Olave was arrested on Monday night by police in Kenner, Louisiana.
Olave, 23, was arrested on suspicion of reckless operation of a motor vehicle. He was driving 70 mph in a 35 mph zone.
"Police say he was recklessly maneuvering in a black Dodge Charger between lanes and around other drivers on the road," reported Ken Daley of Fox 8 in New Orleans.
Olave was booked and then released from jail around 11:30 p.m. Body cam footage later revealed that the young wide receiver tried to talk his way out of the arrest with the old "Do you know who I am?" routine
He didn't specifically say that, but he was clearly hoping the arresting officer was a big fan of the Saints who might look the other way.
"I play for the Saints, man," Olave was heard saying.
The officer was not impressed.
"And?" was his response.
Kenner Police released the bodycam footage from Chris Olave's reckless driving arrest last night.

While even one reckless driving arrest can lead to quite a few headaches for anyone, this is actually Olave's second incident in just a few months. He was ticketed for speeding back on Aug. 21 for going 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
On the field, Olave has caught 39 passes for 471 yards and one touchdown this season.
