Watch: North Carolina vs. Duke Championship Game | ACC Men's Basketball Classic (1991)

For the third time in four seasons, North Carolina faced Duke in the ACC Tournament Championship Game. This time it was the Tar Heels pulling out the 96-74 victory over the top-seeded Blue Devils. Rick Fox was named the Tournament MVP and had 25 points, six rebounds, and three assists in the championship game. Hubert Davis added 17 points, four rebounds, and two assists. For Duke, Christian Laettner scored 22 points and grabbed five rebounds. Greg Koubek also had 21 points for the Blue Devils.
